Issue reports and actionable feedback on feature accessibility, integration into existing systems, and gameplay tuning through targeted and ad hoc testing
Support implementation of new design features or modifying existing features by providing articulate user stories backed by live release data
Coordinate test efforts and responsibilities between internal testing staff and external testing partners per major title update cycles
Collaborate with the studio head and development leads on a weekly basis to define test schedules, prioritize tasks, determine quality bar, and identify potential risks to release dates or level of quality

Assist design iteration on unreleased Story mode content via extensive golden path and ad hoc testing supported by succinct user feedback reports
Present design and technical considerations or alternatives during prototyping, production and live release phases of new gameplay feature development
Utilize the studio’s support channels to relay game health to development leads, and provide technical and gameplay support to community players
